Description
United States Patent 4,613,779 went to Stanley A Meyer on September 23, 1986, the same day as his generator patent. It covers the electrical pulse generator that powered his water fuel cell. The filing is one of eight patents in the Meyer family gathered here.
The circuit builds sharp pulses of voltage and feeds them to the cell that splits water. Meyer said the pulses, timed to a set frequency, shook water apart with very little power. That claim was never proven by outside tests. A patent shows a design was filed, not that it works, and Meyer's claims were ruled fraudulent in 1996.
